The ACLU is defending a South Bay school official who was threatened with litigation for asking critical questions about a charter petition.

A Morgan Hill charter school principal threatened to take legal action against a county education trustee who asked some tough questions.

It is curious that three local school boards viewed petition’s from two charter institutions as educationally sound programs, but Morgan Hill Unified School District continues to resist.
