Experts say the nation’s inability to create an efficient testing system is part of what’s fueling the recent surge in Covid-19 infections.

Symptoms of the disease include fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, loss of taste or smell, vomiting and diarrhea. Testing is free.

Any county resident who wants to get tested for the coronavirus can now sign up online at projectbaseline.com or by calling 2-1-1.
