Four suspects – from Watsonville, Hayward, Antioch and Los Gatos – are accused of arranging to meet minors in San Jose for sexual encounters.

The arrest stemmed from the suspect initiating online contact with someone whom he believed to be a 16-year-old San Jose female who was in fact an undercover police officer, then buying a plane ticket to fly her to Baltimore for sexual purposes.
