Prosecutors said Botox injections and lip fillers were illegally administered at a home med spa in San Jose, resulting in criminal charges for practicing medicine without a license.

Police said their investigation revealed that Cesar Eduardo Castro Moreno had sexually assaulted the victim during a massage appointment. Palo Alto police said they are not aware of any additional victims.
