The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner ruled the Gilroy gunman’s death a suicide, which contradicts police reports.

The Gilroy Police Department named the law enforcement veterans at a presser, asking the media and the public to respect their privacy.

Four people were killed and at least a dozen wounded in a mass shooting at the Gilroy Garlic Festival Sunday evening.

The city announced Wednesday that it has settled a wrongful termination lawsuit filed in 2017 by a former police department employee. 

Gilroy police are accused of hosting sex parties and having inappropriate relationships with Police Explorers, according to a former dispatcher.
