Under state law, the Clerk-Recorder’s Office is required to begin removing racially discriminatory language from millions of property documents.

Jason Hawkins resigned as San Jose State baseball coach in 2018, befoe he could be disciplined. Investigators found that he had violated CSU's anti-discrimination policies that are based on Title IX.
