The city announced Wednesday that it has settled a wrongful termination lawsuit filed in 2017 by a former police department employee.

A federal judge has denied a request by the city of Gilroy to toss a sexual harassment case by a former police department employee.

Gilroy police are accused of hosting sex parties and having inappropriate relationships with Police Explorers, according to a former dispatcher.
