The suspect, Aaditya Chand, allegedly used an Instagram account to send direct messages to an unnamed member of the House of Representatives and a state legislator in Florida.

Police said Bryan Velasquez was escalating his cyber stalking of former co-workers, including posting pictures of himself pointing firearms on social media [and] sending e-mails with threats littered with profanity.
