In Gilroy, first-term Mayor Marie Blankley fell farther behind Greg Bozzo Wednesday as ballot-counting headed to the final days.

Valley Transportation Authority will be offering free rides on Election Day, starting at 7am when the polls open and will continue through 8pm when the polls close.
