The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors unanimously passed a vote Tuesday to expand healthcare coverage for low- and middle-income families. The Board agreed to subsidize 100 percent of healthcare costs for families of four making up to $105,000 per year, or individuals making up to $51,000 per year. This program applies to those who are receiving medical services at Valley Medical Center hospitals and clinics.
