Santa Clara County voters have already shattered the record for the total number of ballots cast.

Evan Low says he’s pretty disillusioned about the county as a whole for failing to rein in what he calls the ROV’s “systemic” incompetency.

A record-breaking 887,000 Santa Clara County residents have registered to vote in this year’s midterm election.

The ROV apparently omitted some key biographical information from a candidate statement in the District 4 Santa Clara County supervisor race.

Magdalena Carrasco’s critics contend that she lives outside her own district, and one went so far as to hire a private eye to try to prove it.
