San Jose's Animal Care Center has experienced years of staffing challenges and is caring for a record number of animals amid a nationwide shelter crisis.

The dog park has been updated to include natural elements, open space for dogs to run and climb, and now has additional space allocated for large dogs.

From growing up in San Jose to living rich in SoCal, but authority say this life was built on millions of dollars in stolen funds.
