Robert Wenzlau was arrested at his home by Palo Alto police, who were alerted last month by a sheriff's office in Georgia that a man had used a mobile app to correspond with an undercover officer posing as a 12-year-old girl. 

The images and videos seized by the FBI showed depictions that Included prepubescent minors and minors engaged in sadistic or masochistic conduct.
