Joseph Houg, a 50-year-old theater and elementary school teacher, is being held at the Santa Clara County Main Jail on $100,000 bail.

Assistant Medical Examiner Medhi Koolaee, the forensic pathologist who signed off on the report, deemed the manner of death an accident.

Los Gatos police said on Monday that the incident is still under review and that a cause has yet to be determined.
