Officers reported that Friday evening, at 9:06pm, while sitting in a parked pickup truck outside the Agave Sports Bar and Grill, Alex Moreno accidentally placed the truck in reverse and proceeded at a high rate of speed, striking three outdoor restaurant patrons, killing one of them.
