In a survey regarding six statewide measures on the November ballot, San Jose Inside Power Poll finds widespread support of constitutional protection for contraception and abortion access.

This November, voters will be asked to consider seven thorny policy proposals, from abortion to zero emission vehicles.

The three states agreed to protect patients from other states seeking reproductive health care as well as safe access to contraceptive and abortion access, and also to refuse to cooperate with states that have laws punishing either people seeking reproductive health care or doctors who provide reproductive care services like abortion.
