Municipal boundaries in Santa Clara County are roughly invisible unless you’re a bureaucrat. In many parts of San Jose, the nearest quality shopping is in Milpitas or Santa Clara. In this age of environmental hysteria, why should somebody drive further just because a given store is in the “right” municipality?
