County elections officials must report their final results to the Secretary of State for presidential electors by Dec. 3, and all other contests by Dec. 6. The Secretary of State will compile the results of the presidential electors by Dec. 7, and will then certify the results of the entire election by Dec.13.
The big player in Santa Clara for the fourth straight election was the San Francisco 49ers. Their crew of Albert Gonzalez, Suds Jain, and. Kevin Park seems to be winning again.
4 cycles. 2018, 2020, 2022, 2024. 10 million dollars
Anthony Becker has been cleaved away from the York machine.
Not only money.
49ers provide intros to top consultants. Kevin Park enlisted Roger Lee, well known to San Jose Inside.
York is the Mission City Trump even directing city staff to keep Siper Bowl [Mahan says it is his[, and the World Cup details awsy from Mayor Lisa Gillmor who is trying to bring the light.of ethics and campaign teform to the DeBartolo Dark Age of Independent Expenditure barbarism.
Mr. Rowen, the Iron Law of Oligarchy is undefeated. The well-organized minority always rules over the disorganized majority. The world as it is, not how you wish it to be.
California is a banana republic. It’s a joke that one in six ballots have yet to be counted the week following the election.
Interesting analysis.
Suds Jain sought the endorsement of the Santa Clara Democratic Party.
One of their policies requires endorsed candidates to support other party endorsements.
Jain refused in the case of Teresa O’Neill, who spent much time encouraging Jain as did Kirk Vartan (long time South Bay activist), Jain in 2022 and 2024 actively worked to defeat O’Neill.
Jain’s views of the world are remarkably Trumpian.
His view of loyalty is remarkably two-facian.
Newest Santa Clara turkey trot. Raj Chahal who voted twice to certify Lisa Gillmor’s mayoral election,is now claiming Liss is ineligible to be Mayor. A charter provision cites term limits, but Gillmor was appointed mayor in 2014 to fill an empty term. The charter specifically exempted that 2014 action using 2016 as the year to cite. Chahal certified her election in 2022, but with Trumpian logic he has put that aside. Charters are spe ific, Chahal’s ambition is Proud Boyian his logic
Kitty Moore, candidate-elect for Cupertino City Council, is an incumbent. Hung Wei is also an incumbent. Kitty Moore runs on a slate with newcomer Ray Wang. Both run against four former Cupertino mayors.
As I write this, neither Moore nor Wei are identified in this article as incumbents.
Thanks for spotting that. We added incumbent designations.
CA elections are a joke.
