Location: 5000 block of Snow Drive
Type of Crime: Burglary
Details: The unknown suspect(s) kicked in a front door of a residence, but fled the scene prior to police arrival. No injuries were reported. The unidentified suspects were not located and remain at large. The investigation is ongoing.

Location: 3400 block of Rocky Mountain Drive
Type of Incident: Community meeting
Details: San Jose PD attended a Mt. Pleasant Neighborhood Association meeting at Sanders Elementary School. There were approximately 20 community members in attendance, as well as Crime Prevention Specialist and Councilmember Xavier Campos. Residents voiced concern regarding gang violence, residential burglaries, and fireworks enforcement for the Fourth of July.

Type of Crime: Gang suppression
Details: Officers working gang suppression conducted high visibility patrols in known gang hot spots that resulted in several contacts, three probation searches and one parole search. In addition, one stolen vehicle was recovered.

Location: 2000 block of Tully Road
Type of Crime: Burglary
Details: The unknown suspects forced entry into a business and stole items. Officers located two suspects a short time and placed them under arrest. The two suspects were booked onto the County Jail.

Location: Seven Trees and Capitol Expressway
Type of Crime: Armed robbery
Details: The suspect entered the business, brandished a weapon and stole items. No injuries were reported. The unidentified suspect was not located and remains at large. The investigation is ongoing.
Date/Time: May 5, 2014—4:10am
Location: 2900 block of Delancey Court
Type of Crime: Robbery, burglary
Details: Two masked suspects forced their way into a home, brandished weapons and stole personal property from the home when the victim opened the front door. The suspects fled the scene in the victims vehicle. The victim suffered minor non-life threatening injuries. The unidentified suspects have not been located and remain at large. The investigation is ongoing.

Location: Alma Avenue and Vine Street
Type of Crime: Robbery
Details: The suspect entered the business, brandished a knife and demanded property. The suspect fled the scene and was captured a short time later. No injuries were reported. The suspect was arrested and booked into the County Jail.

Location: Seely Avenue and Epic Way
Type of Crime: Armed robbery
Details: The suspect approached the victim and threatened the use of a weapon and took personal property. No injuries were reported. The unidentified suspect was not located and remains at large. The investigation is on going.

Details: Officers working gang suppression conducted high visibility patrols in known gang hot spots that resulted in two probation searches and field interviews of several subjects. Officers cited two subjects for possession of marijuana, and arrested one subject for an outstanding no bail warrant.
